COMPANY, INC. a corporation existing under the laws of the State of
Florida, of the first part in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS
AND OTHER GOOD AND VALU1~LE CONSIDERATIONS lawful money of the United
Ste.tes, to them in hand paid by THE FIRST NATIONAL BAljK OF MIAMI, a
national banking corporation, of the second part, at or before the
ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is
hereby aC~lowledg~d, has granted, bargained, sold, assigned, trans-
ferred and set over and by these presen~s does grant, bargain, sell,
assign, transfer and set over unto the said party of the second part,
a certain indenture of mortgage bearing date the 20th day ol~arch

COWLES REAL ESTATE CORPORATION. a Florida Corp0ratlon
and recorded under Clerk t s File No. 93724 ., of the public r ecorus
of St. Lucie County, Florida, upon the following described
piece or parcel of land, situated and being in said county, St~te of
Florida, to-wit:
Lot 9 Block 16 of South Port st. Lucie, Unit 3
according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 12 , Pag~ 4 of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with the note or obligation described in said mortg~ge, and
the money due and to become due thereon.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of th~ second part,
its successors and assigns forever.
