Florida, of the first part in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS
AND OTHER GOOD AND VALUaBLE CONSIDERATIONS lawful money of the United

national banking corporation, of the second part, at or before the
ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, assigned, trans-
ferred and set over and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell,
assign, transfer and set over unto the said party of the second part,
a certain indenture of mortgage bearing date the 20th day of March
in the year One Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-One made by:

and recorded under Clerk's File No. 93726 ,of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, upon the following described
piece or parcel of l~nd, situated and being in said county, State of
Florida, to-wit:

according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 12 , Page 4 of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County. Florida.
TOGETHER with the note or obligation described in said mortgnge, and
the money due and to become due thereon.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the second f)art,
its successors and assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has caused these
