COMPANY, INC. a corporation existing under the laws of the State of
Florida, of the first part in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS
AND OTHER GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERAlfIONS lawful money of the United
states, to them in hand paia by THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF MIAMI, a
national banking corporation, of the second part, at or before the
ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, assigned, trans-
ferred and set over and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell,
assign, transfer and set over unto the said party of th8 second part,

Florida, to-wit:

according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 12 , Page 4 of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with the note or obligation described in said mortgage, and
the money due and to become due thereon.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the second part,
its successors and assigns forever.

presents to be signed in its name by its Assistant Vice President and
