COMPANY, INC. a cor90ration existing under the laws of the State of
Florida, of the first part in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLAPS
AND OTHER GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATIONS lawful money of the United

national banking corporation, of the second part, at or before the
ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, assigned, trans-
ferred and set over and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell,
assign, transfer and set over unto the said party of the second part,
a certain indcl'.ture of mortgage bearing date the 20th day of March

of St.Lucie County, Florida, u~on the-rollowing described
piece or par~el of land, situated and being in said cou.nty, State of
Florida, to-wit:
Lot 17 Block 15 of South Port St. Lucie, Unit 3
according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 12 , Page 4 of the Public Records of
St.L~cie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with the note or obligation described in said mortgage, and
the money due and to become due thereon.
TO HXVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the second part,
its successors and assigns forever.
IN ~ITNESS ~3EREOF, the said party of the first part has caused these
presents to be signed in its name by its Assistant Vice President and
its corporate seal to be affixed, the 21st day of March 1961.
