COMPANY, INC. a corporation existing under the laws of the State of
Florida, of the first part in cvnsideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS
AND OTHER GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATIONS lawful money of the United

national banking corporation, of the second part, at or before the
