KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that MCCAUGHAN :'lORTGAGE
COMPANY, INC, a corporation existing under the laws of the State of
Florida of the first part in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS
AND OTHER GOOD AND VALUliliLE CONSIDERATIONS lawful money of the United

national banking corporation, of the second part, at or before the
ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, assigned, trans-
ferred and set over and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell,
assign, transfer and set over unto the said party of the second part, -
a certain indenture of mortgage bearing date the 20th day of March

and recorded under Clerkts File No. 93716 , of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, upon the following described
piece or parcel of land, si tlHltod and being in said county, State of
Florida, to-wit:

according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 12, Page 4 of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHBR with the note or obligation described in said mortg~ge, and
the money due and to become due thereon.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the second part,
its successors and assigns forever,
IN WITNESS W3EREOF, the said party of the first part has caused these
presents to be signed in its name by its Assistant Vice President and
its corporate seal to be affixed, the 21st day of March 1961.
