COMPAny, nIC. a corporation ex is ting under the laws of the State of
Florida, of the first part in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS
AND OTHER GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATIONS lawful money of th3 United
Sta tes, to them in hand paid by THE FIRST NATIONAL BAIJK OF MIAMI, a
national banking corporation, of the second part, at or before the
enscaling and delivery of these presents, the recoipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, assigned, trans-
ferred and set over and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell,
assign, transfer and set ovor unto the said party of the second part,
a certain indenture of mortgage bearing date the 20th day of March
in the year One Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-One made by:
SUNRENTS, INC., a Florida Corporation
and recorded under Clerk's File No. q3717 , of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, upon thGlol~owing described
piece or parcel of land, situatod and being in said county, St~te of
Florida, to-wit:
Lot 8 Block 15 of South Port st. Lucie, Unit 3
according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 12 , Page 4 of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with the note or obligation described in said mortguge, and
the money due and to become due thereon.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto tiw said party of the seoond part,
its successors and assigns forever.
