KUOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that MCCAUGHAN MORTGAGE.
COMPANY, INC. a corporation existing under the laws of the State of
Florida, of the first part in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS
AND OTHER GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATIONS lawful money of the United
Sta tes, to them in hand paid by THE FIRST NATIONAL BA.l~K OF MIAMI, a
national banking corporation, of the second part, at or before the
ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, assigned, trans-
ferred and set over and by ~hese presents does grant, bargain, sell,
assign, transfer and set over unto the said party of the second part,
a certain indenture of mortgage bearing date the 20tn day of March
in the year One Tt.ousand Nine Hundred Sixty-One made by:
INDIAN RIVER LAND INVESTMENTS, INC., a Florida Corporation
and recorded under Clerk's File No. 93693 , of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, upon the rollowing described
piece or parcel of land, situatod and bei~g in said county, St~te of
Florida, to-wit:
Lot 21 Block 16 of South Port St. Lucie, Unit 3
according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 12 ,Page 4 of the Public Records of
St. Lucie Coupty, Florida.
TOGETHER with the note or obligation describc~ in said mortgage, and
the money due and to become due thereon.
TO H.WE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the second part,
its successors and assigns forever.
IN ~ITNESS ~aEREOF, the said party of the first part has caused these
presents to be signed in its name by its Assistant Vice President and
its corporate seal to be affixed, the 21st day of March 1961.
