KNOW ALL MEN BY T'iESE PRESENTS, that MCCAUGHAS MORTGAGE.
COMPANY, INC. a corporation existing under the laws of the State of
Florida, of the first part in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS
AND OTHER GOOD AND VALUJillLE CONSIDERATIONS lawful money of the United
States, to them in hand paid by THE FIRST NATIONAL BAl~K OF MIAMI, a
national banking corporation, of the second part, at or before the
ensealing ~ld delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledgod, has granted, bargained, sold, assigned, trans-
ferred and set over and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell,
assign, transfer and set over unto the said party of the second part,

piece or parcel of land, situated and being in said county, State of
Florida, to-wit:
Lot 20 Block 16 of South Port St. Lucie, Unit 3
according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 12 ,Page 4 of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with the note or obligation described in said mortguge, and
the money due and to become due thereon.
TO HiVE AND TO HOLD t~e same unto the said party of the second part,
its successors and assigns forever.
