according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 12 , P~gc 4 of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with the note or obligation described in said mortgage, ~nd

TO H.WE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the second part,
its successors and assigns forever.
