PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
WH.E~AS) STLJART DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, by Indenture
of Mortgage bearing date of the 20th day of November, A. D. 1958,
and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in
and for the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Mortgage
Book 151, pages 6~ll, granted and conveyed unto Albert E.
Schneider and Ruth E. Schneider, his wife, which mortgage was
subsequently assigned to Ruth E. Schneider, her heirs and
assigns, the premises therein particularly described to secure
the payment of the sum of THIRTY-SEVEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED
TriELVE and no/100 DOLLARS {$37,l12.00), with interest as ther~in
mentioned:
AND WHEREAS, the said STUART DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
requested the said RUTH E. SCHNEIDER to release the premises
hereinafter described being part of said mortgaged premises from
the lien and operation of said mortgage:
NOW) THEREFORE, 1QJ0't'l YE, that the said RUTH E. SCHNEIDE
as well in consideration of the premises as of the sum of
TWO THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED TEN and no/l00 DOLL~~S ($2,610.00) to
her in hand paid by the said STUART DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION at th
time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, does remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate and
discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage unto the
said STUART DEVELO~mNT CORPORATION, its successors and assigns,
all that yiece, parcel or tract or land, being a part of the
premises conveyed by said mortgage, to-wit:

in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in

BEGINNING AT A POINT in the northerly extension of

Beau Rivage, according LO the plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book lIon page 24, public records of
St. L~~ie County, Florida, at a distance of 100 feet,
north, measured along said northerly extension,
