\X'ITNESSETH: That for the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and
valuable considerations, said Grantor does hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise,
rdease, convey and confirm unto the said Grantee all that certain piece of property and
tract of land situate in the County of St. Lucie and Sta~e of Florida,
described as follows:
Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 in Block 1, as shown on Plat No. 1 of Beau
Rivage, recorded in Plat Book No. 11 on page 24, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
ALSO a parcel of land in Section 24, Township 37 South, Range
40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described
as follows:
BEGINNING AT A POINT in the northerly extension of ,the West line
of Lot 18, Block 4, Plat No.1, Beau Rivage. according to the
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11 on page 24, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, at a distance of 100 feet, north,
measured along said northerly extension, fr~ the ilorthwest
corner of said Lot 18 (Note: for the purpose of this description,
the westerly line of said Lot 18 is assuwed ~o bear north and
south, and all other bearings used herein are relative thereto)
thence north along the same course, a distance of 200 feet; thence
east, at right angles to the preceding course, a distance of
140 feet; thence south along the northerly extension of the east
line of said L0t 18, & distance of 200 feet; thence west, a
distance of 140 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; this parcel also
