BEGINNING AT A POINT in the northerly extension of the West li~e
of Lot 18, Block 4, Plat No.1, Beau Rivage, according to the
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book No. 11 on page 24, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, at a distance of 100 feet
north, measured along said ncrthexly extension, from the North-
west corner of said Lot 18 (Note: for the purpose of this
description the Westerly line of said Lot 18 is assumed to bear
North and South and all other bearings used herein are 't'elative
the~eto), thence East at right angles to the preceding course, a
distance of 140 feet; thence South along the Northerly extension

quently assigned to Ruth E. Schneider.

Easements and Covenants, Beau Rivage Subdivision, St. Lucie County,
Florida, dated November 20, 195B and recorded in Deed Book 242,
page 632, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
And the said Grantor does hereby covenant that it will
warrant and defend the title to said land against the lawful
claims of all persons claiming under, by or through it.
