22. Olher provisions:
(a) Hortgagee shall have the right to charge J.:ortgagorvs account with }.~ortgagee
for the interest and principal payable as provided in the promissory note as such becomes
due in accordance therewith.
(b) If the Mortgagee requests, Mortgagor hereby covenants and agrees that Mortgagor
will furni~h the Mortgagee annually from the date of this mortgage instrumentg 'xnless some

statement of the Mortgagor and annual complete operating statements of Mortgagor. If the
