also all furniture dnd fixtures located therein and shall include any addition, or
additions thereto, and thc said Mortgagor___ do!!- hereby fully warrant the title

assigns, a certain promissory note, a copy of which is on the reverse side hereof,
and shall perform and comply \~th each and every stipulation, agreerrent and covenant

assigns, so elect, at once become due and payable ~~d the rrDrtgage be foreclosed,
and all c03ts and expenses of collection of said money~ with or ~~thout suit, L~-
eluding a reasonable fee for the Hortgagee attorney, shall be paid by the Hortgagor_
and the same are hereby secured.
