MORTGAGE DEED

hereinafter called the Mortgagor, which term shall include the heirs, legal
representatives, successors and assigns of the sald Mortgagor wherever
the context so requires or admits,
to ROBERT C. SMITHER and MARJORIE L. SMITHER, his wife,

hereinafter called the Mortgagee, which term shall include the heirs, legal
representatives, successors and assigns of the said Mong<lgee wherever
the context so required or admits.
W[TNESSE1H: That for divers good and valuable considerations,
and also in consideration of the aggregate sum named in the promissory

hereby grant, bargaln, sell, allen, remise, release, convey and conflrm

EXCEPTING rights of way for public roads and
drainage canals.
