KN~ ALL MEN BY ruES! PRESENTS: That I, C. C. CALLAWAY,
AS Trustee in Bankruptcy of the Estate of Bucky Harris and Carmen
P.arris, Bankrupts, the owner and holder by transfer and succession
of a certain mortgage deed executed by DANIEL G. MILLSTEIN to
MOR~lMER PHILlJPS &nd BUCKY HARRIS, bearing date the 15th day of
October, 1955, recorded in Mortgage Book 121, page 425, in the
office of the. Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,
State of Florida, securing two certain noces, one in the principal
sum of $18,689.19 payable to BUCKY lliUL~JS and one in the sum of
$18,689.18 payable to MORTIMER PHILLIPS, and certain promises
and obligations set forth in said mortgage deed, upon the property
situate in said State and County described as follows, co-~it:
Government Lots 3 and 4, in Section 19,
Township 35 South, Range 41 East,
hereby acknowledge full payment and sa iJ~action of said
$18,689.19 note originally delivered to BUCKY HARRIS and the
mortgage deed securing same (specifically excluding satisfaction
of the lien securing the payment of the $18,689.18 note delivered
to MORTIMER PHILLIPS), and surrender the same as cancelled, and
hereby direct the Clerk of the said Circuit Court to cancel the

same of record.
