That the FLORIDA BANK AT FORT PIERCE, Fort Pierce, Florida, a
Florida corporation, situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, in consid-
eration of the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations to it
paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby assign,
transfer and convey unto the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA a certain
Judgment recovered by said bank in the Small Claims Court of St. Lucie
County, Florida, against PAUL R. EDMUNDS and ELIZABETH C. EDMUNDS on
the 4th day of Apri 1, 1961, for $493,17 and $8.35 costs, said Judgmen t
being recorded in Official Records Book

authorize and empower the said ill~ITED STATES OF AMERICA, the assiqnee
rereunder, to sue on, collect and recover the full amount of said

all rights, title or interest which said FLORIDA BANK AT FORT PIERCE
has in and to said judgnent; and the Clerk of any court of record in
