WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Zoning Commission, after holding public hearings of which due notice was published at least ten days pDiorw said hearings and all property owners vithin 300 feet vere notified by mail of said hearings, has recommended to the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, that the hereinafter described request for change in zoning classification be granted, and '~nEREAS, said Board of Coun~y Commissioners held a public hearing on said recommendation on the 16th day of March, 1961, after first publishing a notice of said hearing in the Fort Pierce News Tribune o~ the 28th day of February, 1961, said date being at least 15 days prior to the date of said hearing. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of County Com- missioners of St. Lucie County in meeting assembled this 19th day of April, 1961, as follows: That the zoning of the following described property, to- with: Wi of North 1/2 of Lot 10, Section 15, Township 37 South, Range 40 East; Et of Si of Lot 2, Section 15, Township 37 South, Range 40 East; NE 6 acres of Lot 9, Section 15, Township 37 South, Range 40 East; all lying and being in St. Lucie County, Flaida. be, and the same is hereby changed from A-l to T-l. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Zoning Director of St. Lucie County is hereby authorized and direc~ed to cause the changes to be made on the official Zoninq Map of st.
