It ls agreed by and between th~ parties hereto th~t the Mortgagors
herein shall make the payments called for in the first mortgage now
oncumberiug th13 propcrt~l to the ftortgagee here in, which fo10rtgo.gee
shall in turn deliver sald payments to the owner of the sald first
mortgage. Failure on the part of the Mortgagors herein to comply
with this or the following requirements hereby authorizes the
Mortgagee to accelerate the unpaid balance of this mortgage as
hereinafter provided.
It is further agreed th8t the Mortgagors herein shall not permit
additional encumbrances to be placed against the above property

repair and cleanliness satisfactory to the holder of the first
mortgage now encumbering sa~d property.
It is further agreed that the Mortgegors herein will allow the

mort~2ge on this property in ~1Y way so long as it is not to the
financial loss of the mortgagors. The mortgagors further agree to
sign any papers at First Federal Savings and Loan Association of
?ort Plerce, which might be necessary to the refinancing or re-arran
ing of said first mortgage.
