Por value received, I, we vr either of us, promise to pay without
defalcation,to the order of HARRIS CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, at their
office at 2811 S.4th St., Pt.Pierce, Florida! tne Bum of Two Thousand
One Hundred Ninety-seven and J7/100ths - - -~12,197.J7) - -Dollars,
with intereat from date at the rate of 8~ per annum, in monthly in-
stallment. as follows: $25.50 on the 1st day of April, 1961, and a
like sum on the cor!9spond1ng day of eaoh like suoceeding period
thereafter for a period of 72 months, at whioh time the entire balance
becomes due and payable at once.
Eaoh installment first shall be applied 1n the payment of the 1nterest
and then on the unpaid balance of the pr1noipal sum. If default is made
in the Pa1l11ent of any 1nstallment wh.tn due, then at the opt ion of the
holder. and without any other notioe. all the remain1ng installments shall
be due and p8.1able at once. Privilege is given to pay two or more
installments at any 1nstallment maturity date, but this shall not extend
the t i_ of I18turity of any Bub..quent installment. )Ie ither forbearance,
nor aoceptance by the holder hereof after any default 1n any payment,
hereon. shall be deemed extension.

further agrees to any exten.~on of time of payment,either before or after
