This mortgege 1s executed and delivere<.l subject to a first mortgage
of the above described property given by the said Jack P. Holt and
Betty Jo Holt, his wife, to Pirpt Fede~al Savings and Loan Associ-
ation of Fort Pierce, Florida, as recorded in the publiC records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, and it is hereby covenanted and
agreed that should any default be made in the payment of any
installment of the debt secured by said first mortgage, or should
any of the condi~~on8 or covenants thereof be broken, then, and
