Grantees:

heirs, legal representatives and assigns of individuals,

WITNESSETH: That the grantors, for and in consideration
of the sum of $10.00 and ether valuable consid2rations, reCeipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells,
aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantees
all that certain land situate in St. I~cie County, Florida, viz:
Cowmencing at the intersection of the Easterly boundary of

Northwesterly along the Easterly boundary of said Angle Road
765.5 feet for point of beginning; thence run North 42

boundary lin~ of said swf of NEt which is 100 feet South of
the Northeast corner of said SWt of tffit; run thence West
parallel with the North boundary of said SWt of NE~ to the
Easterly boundary of aaid Angle Road; r~n thence South-
easturly along the Ea3terly bo~ndary of said Angle Road
to point of beginning oontaining 10 acres more or lcss.
TH1~ IS A CORRECTIVE DEED and is g~.ven for the purpose of
correoting the deficienoy of l~ck of joinder in th~ same
ipstrument in c0nve~anolr~ of the above-de8cribed property
from V!RGINIA G. BLACKWOOD and JOHN D. BI~CKWOOD, than
hueband and wife, in th~ y~ar 1947, in that Virginia G.
BlackWood (now ~rginla O. P.efferin) by Deed dated September
3, 1947 conv.'f;.~to Gra.nt~es herein by one Deed, the above
de8cri~ed property, recorded in Deed Book 138, at page 383
of the publio records or St. Lucie County I Floride., and hel'
huoband, at that time, John D, Blac~~ood, conveyed to
GranteeD herein, the above-de8cribed property by another
D$ed, dated September 3, 1947, recorded in Deed Book 138,
