and BILL E. HEFFERIN, her husband, hereinafter called the Grantors,
to JAY A. SAMPLE and F'RANCES R. SAMPLE, his wife, whose Post Office
address is 7409 South Indian River Drive, ~ort Pierce, Florida,
her~inafter called the Grantees:
(Wherever used herein the terms ;'grantor" and 11 grantee"
include all the parties to this in8t~ment and the
heirs, legal rep~osentatives and assigns of ind~viduals,
and the successors and assigns of corporations)
WITNESSETH: That the grantor, f0r and in consideration
of the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof
i8 hereby ~oknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens,
remised, releases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantees all that
certain land situate in St. Lucj,e County: Florida, viz:
Commenoing at t~e interseotion of the Easterly boundary af
the Ar~le Road and the South boundary of the SW~ of the NEt
of Seotion 6, Township 35 South, Range 40 East and run thence
Northwesterly along the Ea~terly boundary of said Angle Roaa
765.5 feet fo r point of beginning; thence run North 42 fI
degrees 35 minutes East 927.2 feet to a point on the East
bound~ry line of said SWt of NEt which is 100 feet South of
the Northeast corner of said SWt of NEt; run thence West
parallel with the North boundary of aaid SWt of NEt to the
Eaaterly boundary of said k~le Road; run thence Southeasterly
along the Easterly bounda.ry of said Angle Road to point of
beginning containing 10 ~oreR more or less.
THIS IS A CORRECT1VE DEED anc ie given for the purpose of
correcting the deficiency of lack of joinder in the same
instrument in convoyanoing of the above-deocribed property
from VIRGINIA 0. BLACKWOOD and JOHN D. BUCKWOOD, then
husband and wife, in the year 1947, in that Virginia O.
Blackwood (now Virginia O. Hetterin) by Deed dated September
3, 1947 oonveyed to Grantees herein by one Deed, the above
desoribed property, recorded in Deed Book 138, at page 383
of the puh!lc records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and her
hueband, at that time, John u. Blackwood, conveyed to Grantees
hereJ.n, the above-dcecrlbed property by another Deed, dated
S~pt~.ber 3, 1947, reoorded in De.~ Book 138, at page 385
of t~'.e public records of St, Lucie County, Florida; thE bonds
0f matrlmony between Virginia G. Blackwood and Joh~ D.
