to a revi~d plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, page'29, public re-
cords of st. Lucie Cotmty, Florida, also desoribed as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 35, Block 12, of Fort Pierce
Beach Subdivision, according to plat thereof in Plat Book 8, page 29,
public records of st. Lucie Count" Florida, run Southwesterly along
the West line of said Lot 35 a distanoe of 33.85 feet for a point of
beginnins; thence continue Soutnwesterly along the West lines of Lots
35 and 30 to the Southwest corner of said Lot 36; thence continue
Southwesterly along the West line of said Lot 31 a distance of 15 feet;
thence turn and run Easterly to point on the East line of said Lot 37
which 1s 15 feet distant from the Northeast corner of said Lot 31;
thence run Northerly along the East boundary of said Lot 31, 15 feet
to the Northeast corner of said Lot 31; thence continue along the East
boundary of Lots 36 and 35 of said Block 12 of said Fort Pierce Beach

referring to the same person.
