and clear 01 all encumbrances excepting that certain mortgage from FLOYD W.
BURKET and AGNES J. BURKET, his wife to First Federal Savings and
Loan Association of Fort Pieroe, Florida, dated November 9, 1950,
and re~orded November 13, 1950 in Mortgage Book 85, at page 241
of the public recorqs of St. Lucie County, Florida, in the original
principal amount of $7,500.00, which mortgage, Mortgagee covenants
to continue to pay until the same has been fully paid and satisfied
of record. In the event the. said Mortgage now held by First Federal
Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, e~ould ever be in
default, Mortgagors herein shall have the right and privilege of
rectifying said default in the First Federal Savings and Loan
A5sociation mortgage above referred to, and any amount so paid by
r~rtgagors herein slmll be credited against the obligation of this
Mortgage and the Promisscry Note which same secures from Mortgagor
