KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that FIRST FEDERAL
SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE, a corporation
organized and existing under the laws of the United States, in consid-
eration of One Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty and 96/100 Dollars
($1,780.96) to it paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, docs
hereby sell, assign, transfer and convey, without recourse, to ST.
PAUL FIRE AND MARINE INSURANCE COMPANY all its right, tiUe and
interest in and to a certain deficiency decree recovered by the said First
Federal Savings and Loan ABsociation of Fort Pierce in the Circuit Court
of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for St. Lucie County, Florida. against
Lawrence G. Paschal and Peggy J. Paschal. a/k/ a Peggy Walker on the
6th day 01 June. A. D. 1961, for Two Thousand Two Mundred Ninety and
76/100 Dollar. ($2.290.76). said Deficiency Decree being recorded
in Chancery Order Book 49. pege 583. of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida. And the said First Federal Savinp and Loan Association
