- On this day personally appeared before me, the under-
signed authority, an officer duly authorized to take and admin-
ister oaths in the State of Florida, ETHEL P. SANSONE , a free
dealer, and ANNE CODY JONES, a free dealer, and PETER. BLUESTEN,
and thereupon depose and say:

(1) That on September 22, 1955 ETHEL P. SANSONE and ANNE CODY

JONES, as free dealers, executed a mortgage in the principal sum of
$1,987.50 in favor of "Peter B1uesten & Co .', a Florida corporation"

the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and which mort-
gage encumbered the following described property:
The SWt of the SWt, and W% of NWt of SW\ and W% of
SEt of SW\ and SEt of sEll; of SWt, all in Section 8J
Township 35 South, Range 39 East; and W% of NW\ and
W~ of NEt of NW\ and W% of NEt of NEt of NW\ and W%
of NWt of SWt and Net of NW~ of SWt, all in Section
17, Township 35 South, Range 39 East,: situate and
lying in St. Lucie County, Florida; EXCEPTING THERE-
FROM, all righ~s of way for public roads and drainage
canals.
(2) That it was intended by all parties to said mortgage,' both

the two said mortgagors and the mortgagee?that the mortgage was
to be given to Peter Bluesten, trading and doing business as
Peter Bluesten & Co.
(3) That the recital of the mortgagee in this mortgagee as "Peter
Bluesten & Co., a Florida corporation,"was erroneous.
(4) TIlat on September 22, 1955 Peter B1uesten was doing business
under the fictitious name of Peter Bluesten & Co. and that Peter
B1uesten & Co. was not an existing corporate entity.
(5) That the aforesaid mortgage was intended to be given to
Peter Bluesten trading-and doing business as Peter Bluesten & Co.
