Delaware Corporation, party of the second ~rt, has granted, bargained, sold, transferred
and delivered, and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, transfer and deliver unto
the said party of the second part, its successors and assigns all items of equipment,
inteeral tr;de. fixtures, and tools incident to the operation of the gasoline service

Gasoline an~ Kerosene storage tanks and equipment
Lightirg equipment and fixtures

Office furniture and equipment (including money safes)
Unloading equipment
Identification end pfice signs
Oil changina equipment
TO HAVE AND TO HOlD the same unto the said party of the second part, its successors
and assigns forever.
And it doe. ror itself and its heirs, covenant to and with the said party of the
second part, its successors and assi~ns, t~t said party of the first part is the law-
ful owner of the said aoods and chattels; that they are free from all encumbrances;
thet it has good riaht to sell the same as aforesaid and that it will warran~ and defend
the sale of t..& said property, goods and chattels hereby made, unto the Eaid party of the
second part, its successors and assians, aaainst the lawful claims and demends of all
persons whomsoever; provided that the foroaoina sale, covenants and warranties with,
