KNOW ALL MEN-BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, LAND INVESTORS. INC., by Indenture of Mortgage dated the 10th day
of Au~~t, A. D. 1954. and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
in and for the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida. in Mortgage Book 110, Page 219,
granted and conveyed unto WILLIAM D. SHARRETT AND MARY E. SHARRETT, his wife, and
RUTH GLEN, and assigns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure the
payment of the sum of THREE HUNDRED TWENTY-ONE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY UOLLARS
($321,750.00), with interest as therein mentioned:
AND WHEREAS ~ SAID GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation,
the present ~er of the property described in the above mortgage, requested the said
WILLIAM D. SHARRETT AND MARY E. SHARRETT. his wife, and RUTH GLEN, to release the
premises hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises. from the lien
and operation of said Mortgage:
NOW, THEREFORE. KNOW YB, Tha t the said WIllIAM D. SHARRETT AND MARY E.
SHARRETI, his wife, and RUTH GLEN as well in consideration of the premises as of
the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00). and other good and valuable considerations, to
them in hand paid by the said GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION. a Delaware corporation.
at the time of execution hereof. the receipt ~ereof is hereby acknowledged, does
hereby remise, release. quit-claim. exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation
of said mortgage unto the said GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation.
its successors and assigns, all that piece. parcel or tract of land, being a part of
the premises conveyed by said mortgage, to wit:

Northerly along the centerline of said Airosa Avenue and Airosa Avenue
extended 485 feet; thence Easterly along a line parallel to Prima
Vista Boulevard 215.06 feet to the point of beginning of the following
described parcel of land; Thence Northerly along a line parallel to
Airosa Avenue (Extended) 3~0 feet; Thence Easterly along a line parallel
to Prima Vista Boulevard 42??4 feet; Thence Southeasterly along a line.
said line making an interior angle of 1250 with the preceding line.
427.27 feet; Thence Westerly along a line parallel to Prima Vista Boulevard
675.01 feet to the point of beginning; said described parcel of land lying
in Section 28. Township 36 South, Range 40 East. St. Lucie County, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO BOil> the same. wi th the appurtenances. unto the said GENERAL
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION. a Delaware corporation. its successors and assigns, forever.
freed. exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage, and every
part thereof; Provided. always nevertheless. that nothing therein contained shall
in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect. lien or incumbrance of the aforesaid
Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged premises. not hereby released there-
irom. or any of the rights and remedies of the holder hereof.
