($14,000.00) DOLLARS, and certain promises. and obligations set
forth in said mortgage deed, upon the property situate in said
State and County described a8 follows, to-wit:

SUBDIVISION of part or Lot ~, of Section 2 , Town8hiv 34
South, Range 40 East, as per plat thereof on file in Plat

hereby acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of said note
and mortgage deed, and 8urrender8 the same a8 cancelled, and here-
by direct8 the Clerk of the 8aid Circuit Court to cancel the 8ame
of record.
