PROVIDED ALWAyS, That if said Mortgagor......, t.h.ir heirs, legal representa-
tives or assigns, shall pay to the said Kortgagee_, legal representatives or
assigns, a certain promissory note, a copy ot which is on the reverse side hereof,
and shall pertorm and comply with each and every stipulation, agreement and covenant
ot said note and of this Mortgage, then this lbrtgage and the estate hereby created
shall be void, otherwise the same shall remain in f'ull torce and virtue. And the
said Mortgagor covenant_ to pay the interest and principal promptly wen due; to
pay the taxes and assessments on said pro~rty; to carry insurance against tire on
