WHEREAS the part,. 01' the second. part is now. the owner
and holder or a certain note conditioned tor the payment 01' the
sum ot $69,500.00 dated JanuarJ ,12, 1959 and aeoured b,. a .ortgage
given by Robert Riokel, ~ru.tee, joined by hi. wite, Helen Rickel,
to said party ot the 'seoond part, tiled_tor racord January 22,
1959 at 5:02 P.M. and recorded in Mortgage ~ook 152, pagea 616 t.o
620, inclusive, in the ottice 01' the Clerk or the Circuit Court 01'
St. Lucie County, Plorida, and which said mortgage is now a lien
upon the premises hereinafter described as Parcel I, and. to which
mortgage reterenoe is hereinafter made as Mortgage AJ and
WHEREAS the ~arty ot the second part is also the owner
and holder of a certain note conditioned tor the payment ot the
sum of $69,500.00 dated January 12, 1959 and secured by a mortgage
given by Robert Rickel, Trustee, joined by his wite, Helen Rickel,
to party of the seco~d part herein, tiled tor record January 22,
1959 at 5102 P.M. ar.~ reoorded in Mortgage Book 152, Pages 621 to
625, inclusive, in the ott1ce ot the Clerk of the Circuit Court of
sto Lucie County, FIQrida, and which said mortgage is now a lien
upon the premises hereinafter described as Parcel II, and to which
said mortgage reference is hereinafter made as Mortgage B; and
WHEREAS the parties of the first part are now the owners
of the lands encumbered by said Mortgage A and said Mortgage B,
and hereinafter descr1bed as Parcel I and Paroel II; and
. WHEREAS the parties hereto tor the purpose ot better
securing the payment of sald not6s, are desirous 01' spreading and
extending the respective liens ot the aforesaid Mortgages A and B
to both cover and encumber both 01' said Parcels I an~ 11, and to
consolidate both of said aortgagas into one single mortgage lien
upon both ot said parcelS,
