IT 'IS FURTHER AGREED by and between the parties hereto and
the owner of the mortgages hereinafter described (being A & B), teat
the aforesaid mortgages X and Y as so consolidated are and shall
continue to be in every respect subordinate and declared to be inferior
in dignity and a subordinate lien to the following mortgages now
e~cumberlng said parcels I and II and horetofora consolidated as a
single mortgage lien by agreement dated February 28, 1961 (and to be
recorded simultaneously herewith) viz:
MORTGAGE A -
A mortgage executed by ROBERT RICKEL, TRUSTEE, joined by
his wife, HELEN RICKEL, to WILLIAM E.. BENJAMIN, II.
dated January 12, 195~ an4 recorded in Mortgage Book 152,
Pages 616 to 620 inclusive, public records of st. Lucia
County, Florida;
MORTGAGE B -
A mortgage executed by ROBERT RICKEL',' TRUSTER, joined by
his wife, HELD RICKEL, to WILLIAM E. BENJAMIN, II.
dated January 12, 1959 and recorded in Mortgage Book 152,
Pages 621 to 625 inclusive, publiC records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
Tais agreement shall be binding upon and enure to the benefit
of the heirs, exe~utors, administrators, sucoessors and assigns of the
respective parties hereto.
