Northerly trom (measured along the line between said
Sections 4 and 5) the South line of said Section 5;
On the North,by a line parallel to and 3,789.8 teet
Kortherly trom (measured along the line between said
Sections 4 and 5) the South line of said Section 5;
On the West by the watersof the Indian River, and
On the East by:the waters ot the Atlantic Ocean,
without impairing the lien ot said mortgages, as so spread and consoli-
dated, on the remaining parts or the property described therein and in
said Spreader Consolidation and Subordination Agreement ot March 11, 1961.
