This cause havinq come on for final hearing before this
Court on the 29th day of May, 1961 upon the complaint heretofore
filed in this cause by the plaintiff, with both the plaintiff,
XATHERINE ~ITH, and the defendant, WILLIAM ~I1'H .be~ng present
and re~resented by their respective counsel; and the Court having
heard testimony in this cause from the plaintiff, IATHERINE KEITH,
which was corroborated by her witnesses, and the Court having duly
considered the stipulation entered into by both parties made before
the Court of which this Court approves, and the Court being fully I
advised in the premises;
It is thereupon ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the
plaintiff, IA'lHERINE IElTH, be granted a divorce, a vinculo mat ri-
monii from the defendant, WILLIAM ):EI'IH, and that the bonds of
matrimony presently existing between the parties be forever dis-
sol ved; and each of the parties is restored to all the rights and
privileges of unmarried persons.
It is further ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the
plaintiff, aTHERINE IEI'lH, be awarded the custody and control of
the seven (7) minor children born as result of said lIlarriage, to-
wit: WILLIAM A. IEITH, JR., male; WILLIE E. IEITH, male; HORAtm
IElTH, male; FREDDIE IEITH, male; JENNIFER IEITd, f_ale; and GLEEN
IElTH, female. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the sua
of eighteen (118.00) dollars per week for the support of said
children and the same is to be due and payable to the plaintiff on
each and every Friday of the wee~ until further ordered by thia
