THIS DIDJDI'l'URB, Bxecuted this the /l..9 day of JUne,
A.D. 1961, by and between JAMBS S. DiMARB and PJtA!1CBS R. DiMARB,
as Bxecutors of the Bstate of JOSBPH J. DiMARB, deceased, Partie
of the Pirst part, and CrrY OP PORT PIERCE, a municipal.corpora-
tion existing under the laws of the state of Plorida, with its
permanent postoffice address at P. O. Box 660, Port pierce,
Plorida, Party of the Second part,
WI'l'HBSSETlh That, Whereas, the County Judge of Dade
County, Plorida, on the Jl'~daY of June, 1961, among other
things, ordered that the parties of the Pirst part executed a
Deed to the ParL~r of the Second part,
HOW, TBBRBPORB, '!'his Indenture Witnesseth I That the

Bstate of Joseph J. DiMare, deceased, in order to carry into
effect the said sale so made as aforesaid, and in pursuance of
