MORTGAGB DEED
THIS MORTGAGB DEBD executed the 18th day of July, 1961, by
PEAVEY RANCH, INC., a Florida corporation having its principal place of
business at Vero Beach, Florida, hereinafter called the mortgagor, to
GEORGE D. STANLEY and LUCILLE P. STANLEY, ~his wife, whose post
office address is
ht:reinafter called the mortgagees:
WITNESSETH. that for good and valuable considerations, and also
in consideration of the aggregate sum named in the promissory note of even
date herewith, hereinafter described. the mortgagor hereby grants. bargains,
sells. aliens, remises, conveys and confirms unto the mortgagees all the
certain land of which die mortgagor is now seized and in possession situate
in St. Lucie County. Florida, viz:
All the Southwest Quarter t and the South One-half of
the Northw~st Quarter of Section 9, Township 36 South,
Range .39 East, St. Lucie County, Florida.
THIS IS A PURCHASE MONEY MORTGAGB.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same. together with the tenements,
hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging. and de rents, issues
and profits thereof, unto the mortgagees. in fee simple.
AND the mortgagor covenants with the mortgagees that the
mortgagor is indefeasibly seized of said land in fee simple; that the
mortgagor haa good right and lawful authority to convey said land as afore-
said; that the mongacor will make such further assurances to perfect the
fee simple title to said land in the mortgagees as may reasonable be
