SOUTHWEST AREAS PENSION FUND, held on the 29th day of

De~ember, 1960, the following resolution was adopted:
"WHEREAS, it is neces-sary that the
Executive Secretary of the Fund be given
authority to execute the many ar.~ varied
documents which are required in connection
with transactions duly authori~ed by the
Trustees of the Fund; ,
''NQw, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that
Francis J. Murtha, as Executive Secretary
of Central States, Southeast and Southwest
Areas Pension Fund, be and he hereby is
authorized, in connection with any trans- .
action duly approv~d by appropriate reso-
lution of the Trustees of the Pension Fund,
to execute on behalf of the Trustees, all
documents which are necessary, requisit~ or
proper in connection with any mortgage or
sale and leaseback, or any similar trans-
action of the Pension Fund, whic:h documents
shall include (but not be limited to)
relea~es, partial releases, commitments,
construction loan agreements, extensions
and modifications of mortgage documents or
commitments, leases, all--documents relating
to insurance (including releases of mortgagee's
interest), preliminary agreeme.n::s and contracts
of purchase relatiqg to sale and leaseback;
provided, however, that all of said documents
shall be approved by counsel for the Fund."
