ROSE COHEN, his wife, "the holders of a certain mortgage given by MORRIS'
GATES and ANNA GATES, his wife, to MORRIS COHEN and ROSE COHEN, his wife,
bearing date the 9th day of January, A.D., 1959, recorded in Iftu1alMortglWt
1&&.... Book 151, page ~54, in the office of the Clerk of the Circqit
Court of St. Lucie County. State of Florida; said mortgage having been
corrected pursuant to corrective mortgage daled the 9th day of January,
1959, as recorded in official Records Book 5, page 302, in the office
of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, State of Florida;
given to secure the sum of Forty-Thousand and no/lOO ($40,000.00)
Dollars, evidenced by a certain note upon the following described pro-
perty, situate, lying and b~ing in St..Lucie County, State of Florida,
to-wit:
North 600 feet of the sE\ of Sect~on 23. Township 34 South,
Range 40 Ba.t, togehter with riparian and littoral rights
thereunto appertaining.
Excepting therelrom the North 100 feet lying east of State
Road AlA as set out in the conveyance from JOSEPH SICKLER,
et us. to CHESTER BURMASTER, et ux, dated June 14, 1954,
and filed in Deed Book 192, page 257, of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Also,excepting ther~from all easements for public roads and
all rights of the public in "streats, alleys, and parks" as
delineated upon the plat of BONITA ISLES UNIT NO.1, as per
plat thereof on file in Plat Book 9, page 62, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
have received full payment 01 said indebtedness, and do hereby acknow-
ledge satisfaction o' said mortgage, and hereby direct the Clerk of the
Said Circuit Court to cancel the same ~cord.
