PARTIAL RELEASE
WHEREAS, the FORT PIERCE BEACH EROSION DISTRIcr, a
political subdivision of ~ State of Florida organized and existing under
the provisions of O1apter 26,200, Laws of Florida Acts of 1949, did file
its Certificate of Lien of .Erosion Tax dated October 31, 1950, in the
Erosion Tax Record of said district, against certain property therein
described; and
WHEREAS, as to the property hereinafter described the total
amount of tax levied as.sertified in said lien has been paid and satisfied in
full; Now. Therefore:
Know All Men By These Presents,. That ~e said FORT PIERCE
BEACH EROSION DISTRIcr does herewith release and discharge from the
lien of said erosion tax all of the following described property situated in
St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
The Southerly one-half of Lot 35, all of Lot 36, and
the Northerly 15 feet of Lot 37, in Block 12 of Fort
Pierce Beach Subdivision, according to a revised plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, page 29, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, also described
as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 35, Block 12
of Fort Pierce Beach Subdivision, according to plat
thereof in Plat, Book 8, page 29, public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, run Southwesterly along the
West line of said Lot 35 a distance of 33. 85 feet for a
point of beginning; thence continue Southwesterly along
the West lines of Lots 35 and 36 to the Southwest corner
of said Lot 36; thence continue Southwesterly along the
West line of said Lot 37 a distance of 1S feet; thence
turn and run Basterl}' to point on the East line of said
Lot 37 which is 15 feet distant from the Northeast corner
of said Lot 37; thence run Northerly along the Bast bound-
ary of said Lot 37, 15 feet to the Northeast corner of said
Lot 37; thence continue aloog the East boundary of Lots
36 and 35 of said Block 12 of said Fort Pierce Beach Sub-
division to a point on the East line c1 said Lot 35 which is
equal distant between the Northeast corner of said Lot
35 and the Southeast corner of said Lot 35; thence turn
and run Northwesterly to p:>int of beginning.
Provided,' however, that said lien shall continue in full force and
effect as to all prq)erty dncribed therein except that specifically described
herein.
