THIS WARRANTY DEED Made the 21st day of Jul, A.D. 1961, by
LOUIS W. SCHWIClBR and PLORBNCE HBLBN SCHWIClBR, his wife, and

OLIVIA C. BUCHANAN, a widow, hereinafter called the grantor, to
DON D. RBED and E. D. HAmHTON , d/b/a RBED-HAmHT~ MOTORS, a

Port Pierce, Plorida, hereinafter called the grantee:

W1TNESSBTH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the
sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises,
releases, conveys and confirms unto the grantee, all that certain
land situate in St. Lucie County, Plorida, viz:
That part of the North 100 f~et of the South 1700 feet
ot Government Lot 1, in the Nt of Section 23, Township
34 South, Range 40 Bast, described as follows:
Pro. the intersection of the North line of the North 100
feet of the South 1700 feet of Government Lot 1 in the
North half of Section 23, Township 34 South, 'Range 40
Bast, St. Lucie County, Plorida, and the West right-of-
way line of State Road A-I-A, run South 89 degrees, 49
minutes West, along the North line of the said North
100 feet of the South 1700 feet of Government Lot 1,
1150 feet to t~e Point of Beginnin, of the lands herein
described: Prom said Point of Beg1nning, run South 89
degrees, 49 minutes West, along the North line of said
North 100 feet of the South 1700 feet of Government Lot
1, 174.8 feet, more or less, to the Easterly edge of an
existing canal; thence South 41 degrees, 22 ainutes
Bast, along the Easterly edge of said boat canal, 132.90
feet; thence North 89 deg.ees, 49 minutes Bast, 86.98

Grantees herein are hereby granted an easeaent for
ingress and egress to the tract of land herein conveyed
over and across that certain paved street ruaning West
from A-I-A along the East 1236.98 feet of South 20 feet
of the North 100 feet of the South 1700 feet of Govern-
Mnt Lot 1, in the Nt of Section 23, Township 34 South,
Range 40 Bast; and an easement over and across the South
S feet of that portion of the North 100 feet of the South
1700 feet of Government Lot 1, in the Nt of Section 23,
Township 34 South~ Range 40 Bast, lyinl between the East
rilht of way line of State Road A-I-A .~d the Atlantic
Ocean for the purpose of the right of ingress and egress
frOll A-I-A to the Atlantic Ocean.
