Remedies for Violations: Por a violation or a breach of any 01 these restrictions the Grantors herein, and the Grantees from said Grantors of other parcels which are a part of the North 100 feet of the South 1700 feet of Government Lot 1, in the Nt of Section 23, 34-40, or any of them severally, shall have the right to proceed in law or in equity to compel compliance with.the terms hereof or to prevent the violation or breach of any of the herein described restrictions.
