SUBJECT TO tbe followina restrictions,

Said tract of land conyey.4 herein ahall not be uaed
for other than residential purposes. All reaidences
shall be of CBS construction. No teaporar, residence.

No garage shall be constructed except as an integral
part of the residence it is intended to serve. Said
tract shall proyide for sanitary disposition of
sewage in accordance with St. Lucie County, Plorida
Health Regulations.
At no time shall a house trailer or t'ruck of over
t ton capacity be stored or parked in or around any
residential tract.

Setback lines: No building or any part thereof, in-
cluding garages and porcbes, sball be erected on any
tract closer than 20 feet to the front tract line,
or closer than 10 feet to either side tract line, or
closer than IS feet to the rear tract line.

Size of buildings: All residences erected on the
property herein conveyed shall contain a floor area
of not less t~an 8S0 square feet, exclusive of porches,
breezeways, carports or garages.

Nuisances: Nothing shall be done on the said tract
herein conveyed which may be or become an annoyance
or nuisance to the neighborhood. No ,cattle, swine,
goats, poultry or fowl shall be kept .on said tract.
Walls: No boundary wall shall be erected with a
heignt of more than 4 feet.

A perpetual easement is reserved ov~r the rear 7 feet
of said tract for utility installation and maintenance.
Remedies for Violations: Por a violation or a breach
of any 01 these restrictions the Grantors herein, and
the Grantees from said Grantors of other parcels which
are a part of the North 100 feet of the South 1700
feet of Government Lot 1, in the Nt of Section 23,
34-40, or any of them severally, shall have the right
to proceed in law or in equity to compel compliance
with.the terms hereof or to prevent the violation or
breach of any of the herein described restrictions.

is lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that the grantor has
