.The makers shall have the privilege to prepay this note in full
or in part at any tiae after January 1st, 1962, provided that any
partial prepayment shall be applied to the last IIAturing principal
payments, and any partial prepa~nt shall not .extend the tiae for
maturity for any sub~equent installment. Porbearance shall not be
deemed extension. .
Bach mak~r, surety and endorser hereof, jointly and severally
agree to pay all costs of collection, including a reasonable at-

This note is secured by a purchase aoney .o~tgage of even date
encumbering certain real property in'St. Lucie County, Florida,
sold and conveyed this day by the payee to the makers, and is subject
to all of the terms, conditions and'covenants of said mortgage.

and shall perform, ccmply with and abide by each. and every the
agreements, stipulations, conditions and covenants thereof, and
of this mortgage, then this mortgage and the estate hereby created,
shall cease, determine and be null and void.
(1) The Mortgagors hereby covenant and agree to ditch, dike, drain,
clear and plant to citrus fruit trees, in a good and husbandlike
manner in keeping with the accepted practices of planting citrus
groves in St. Lucie County, Florida, not less than one (1) tract
of said lands, consisting of forty (40) acres (t of a * Section,
less the rights-of-way excepted therefrom) for each one-half el}
Section of land covered by this mortgage, it. being the intent
hereof that not less thart one-eighth (liS) of said lands shall be
so planted, cumulatively, during each of the first four {4} years
as follows: The first tract thereof to be planted to citrus trees
not later th~n july 1, -llf62; the second tract thereof not later
than july I, '1963; the third tract thereof not later than july 1,
1964; and the fourth tract thereof not later than july 1, 1965.
