THIS BASBMBNT Made this 26th day of July, 1961, by
WRIGHT W. CARLTON, also sometimes known as W. W. CARLTON,
and ANNIE G. CARLTON, his wife, hereinafter called the
Grantors, to BURKS ALUBN SMITH and COMPERE LOVELESS of
Lenexa, Kansas, he~einafter called the Grantees.

Por and in the consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars
and other good and valuable considerations paid by the Grantees
to the Grantors, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
Grantors by these presents do grant, convey and set over
to the Grantees, their heirs, executors, administrators,
successors and assigns, the following described non-exclusive
easempnts, to-wit:
1. A non-exclusive easement for constructing, using,
maintaining and operating a road for traffic purposes, with-
out restrictions, together with the right and license to use
roads, existing or hereinafter to be constructed, over and
upon the following described property in St. Lucie County,
State of Florida, to-wit:
A parcel of land 60 feet in width extending
30 feet on each side of the center line of an
existing dirt road .easured at right angles there-
to, said center line being specifically described
as follows:

Beginning at a point 39 feet West and
36.5 feet North of the North * corner
of Section 16, Township 37 South,
Range 38 Bast; thence run Northerly
5302.85 feet to the Nortb * corner of
Section 9, Township 37 South, Range
38 Bast, said North * corner being in
the centerline of an existing dirt road;
thence continue Nortberly 5565.25 feet
to a point 49 feet East of the Nt corner
