30 feet South of the Northeast corner of said
Section 6; thence run West parallel to the
North boundary line of said Section 6, a
distance of 4550.7 feet; thence North 82
degrees no minutes West, 200 feet to the North
boundary line of said Section 6; thence run
North 73 degrees, 30 minutes West, a distance
of 228.0 feet to a point 30 feet North of the
South line. of Section 31, Township 36 South,
Range 38 East; thence run West parallel with
the South line of said Section 31, a distance
of 643.5 feet to.the East right-of-way line
of Central and Southern Florida Flood Control
District Canal No. C-23. The easement de-
scribed in this paragraph 2(c} is subject to
that certain temporary easement to Central and
Southern Florida Flood Control District for the
temporary use of the East 20.0 feet of the
West 145.0 feet of said Sections 6 and 31.
Grantors hereby reserve unto themselves, their heirs, executors,
administrators and assigns, the right, license and privilege to
use in common with the'Grantee, its successors and assigns, the
roads existing or hereafter to be constructed upon the lands de-
scribed in paragraph 1 above and said road shall at all times,
during the term of this easement, remain open and unobstructed.
