Grantors furttier reserve unto thease1vea, their heirs, ex-
ecutors, adainistrators and assigns, the rilht,'licenae and
privilege to use in co..on with the Grantee, its successors or
assignG, the drainage end irrigation canals, existing or here-
after to be constructed upon the lands described in paragraph 2
above.

Provided, however, that that certain canal described in
paragraph 2(c) hereinabove shall be restricted to the use of
the following described lands, to-wit: Sections 4, S, 6, 8
and 9, Township 37 South, Range 38 Bast; the West i of Section
31 and all of that part of Section 33, Township 36 South, Range
38 Bast, lying Bast of that certain road described in paragraph
lea) hereinabove, and that water froa no other lands shall be
permitted to drain into and through said canal and no water
aha11 be taken therefroa for irrigation purposes other than
for the purpose of irrigating the 1aDds described in this
paragraph except by the written agreeaent of all parties hereto.
The tera of this easement for all of the drainage canals
described in paragraph 2 above shall be in perpetuity. Provided,
however, that that part of the drainage canals described in
paragraph 2(b) above extending Bast and North of the HE corner

of conveying drainage waters. All the remainder of said drainage
canals may be uaed for the conveyance of drainage and irrigation
water.
