Por and in the coosideration of the a.. of TBN DOLLARS ($10.00)
a~d other good and yaluable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, W. W. CARLTON and ANNIB G. CARLTON, the Lessors, holders
and owners of that certain oil, gas and mineral lease made by them to
Texaco, Inc., dated November 5, 1959, recorded in Deed Book 261, at
page 311, of the publi~ records of St. Lucie County, Florida, do hereby
, assign, transfer, set over and convey all their right, title and interest

in and to said lease to BURKS ALDBN. gUm and C04PERB LOVELESS, whose
aailing ad~ress is Lenexa, Kansas, pertaining only to the following
described lands, and no other, to-wit:
All of the Bast_half (Bt> of Section 9, Township 37
South, Range 38 Bast, excepting therefrom the South
30 feet thereof and also excepting therefrom the fol-
lowing described parcel, to-wit:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the East half
(E!) of said Section 9, run Bast 52 feet; thence run
Southerly in a straight line 5339.35 feet, more or
less, to a point in the South line of the East half
(Et) of said Section 9, which point is 13 feet East
of the Southwest corner of the Bast half (El) of said
Section 9; thence run West 13 feet to the Southwest
corner of the East half (Et> of said Section 9; thence
run North along the West line of the East half (Bt>
of said Section 9 to the point of beginning.
Containing 323.39 acres, more or less.

lowing described parcel, to-wit:

to a point in the South line of the East half (Ei) of

thence .un West 52 feet to the Southwe&t corner of the
East half (Bt) of said Section 4; thence run North
