ARTICLES OF AGRE..EMENT
ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT, Made this 26th day of July in
the year of our Lord, one thousand nine hundred and sixty-one,
between D. R. GARNER and UNA V. GARNER, his wife, parties of the
first part, and H. B. MOORE and ROLAND L. MACON, JR., parties of
the second part.,
WITNESSETH, That if said parties of the second part
shall first make the payments and perform the covenants herein-
after mentioned on ~heir part to be made and performed, the
said parties of the first part hereby covenant and agree to con-
vey and assure to the said parties of the second part, their heirs,
executors, administrators or assigns, in fee simple, clear of all
incumbrances whatever, by a good and sufficient deed lots, pieces
or parcels of land, situate in the County of Saint Lucie, State
of Florida, known and described as follows; to-wit:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of the NEt
of the SEt of the swt eX SILt ion 19 Township 35
South Range 40 East, run South 505 feet, more
or less, to the North boundary line of that
certain lot described as the North 50 feet of
the South 155 feet of the NBt of the SEt of
the swt of said section, thence turn and run
West along the North boundary line of said
lot 479.45 feet to ~ point for the point of
beginning; from said point of beginning run
thence West 184 feet; thence run North 106
feet; thence run Bast 184 feet; thence run
South 106 feet to the point of beginning; said
lands being also described as Lots 17 and 18
and the West 50.05 feet of Lot 16, of Block
2, of an unrecorded plat of McNEIL ROAD
SUBDIVISION; LESS AND EXCEPTING THEREFROM all
rights of way for public roads and drainage
canals; and together with a house trailor
and furnishings situate upon said lands.
and the said parties of the second part hereby covenant
and agree to pay to the said parties of the first part the sum of
One Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($1,400.00), in the manner following:
