assigns, a certain promissory note, a copy of which is on the reverse side hereof,
and shall perform and comply with each and every stipulation, agreement and covenant

shall be void, otherwise the sarne shall remain in full force and virtue, And the
said l{ortgagor covenant_ to pay the interest and principal promptly when due; to
pay the taxes and assessments on said property; to carry insurance against fire on
